看这个封套你应该会觉得不错吧音乐也是很棒的所以要重点推荐
其实早在九月就听到他们的这首专辑终于在昨天出现
大家听到这首歌大概都是先听到Timbaland的版本我第一次是听到他们的版本
因为这样的弦乐开唱这样非常分明的节奏感
再加上主唱这样的声音实在是让人印象深刻
于是去网上搜他们的资料这是个来自美国的乐队成立于04年由5人组成
风格在独立、流行和摇滚之间歌曲的旋律都不错在摇滚里不算是很吵的了
这虽然只是他们的第一张专辑但他们却早已备受关注 My Space的点击率过了千万
非常看好的一个乐队值得大家关注一下

专辑介绍：

Dreaming Out Loud is the debut album by OneRepublic, mostly produced by Greg Wells with some songs produced by Ryan Tedder. OneRepublic has been the number one band on MySpace for over a year and has been in MySpace Music’s Top Artists since spring 2006, with over 21 million total song plays and counting, and now in turn will be releasing their debut album on November 20, 2007.

The first single released was “Apologize” (both in original form and a version remixed by Timbaland). On September 13, 2007 the video of “Apologize” was released to all major music television networks. It’s rumored the band’s follow up single will be “Stop And Stare.”

人不熟悉这只是他的第二张专辑看到论坛高亮了于是下下来听了下
之前组过乐队出过一张专辑叫《Drive》网上可以找到有兴趣可以找来试试
风格是偏摇滚的流行低音厚实高音清亮爆发力十足很有辨识力
编曲是偏英伦的感觉这也是我喜欢这张的一个重要原因
既有钢琴衬托下的慢板的抒情摇滚也有爆发力十足的奋力嘶吼
当然不会到朋克金属那样的喧闹封套拍的也不错
喜欢安静风格的这张直接Pass 爱听英伦摇滚流行的这张还算不错的选择
个人很喜欢专辑中的《New Years Resolution》这首很考唱功编曲也很对我的胃口

去英国的朋友要回国了于是今天抓紧时间再挑一张CD
在Amazon和HMV乱逛之后发现这张专辑卖的都超级棒
于是好奇的去论坛找来听原来就是我之前在Now的某一张中听到的那个好声音
《It’s Not Over》之前就给我留下了极深的印象没想到居然就是这张砖里的歌
我对于摇滚向来觉得闹腾除非那个人的声音实在一入耳就觉得好那我就会觉得爽
这张就恰恰对了这点旋律都不错再配上一个如此磁性的声音简直是太棒了！
听他唱副歌会有种畅快淋漓发泄出来的感觉整张专辑不知道为什么让我有看美剧的那种刺激感
于是立马决定了就是它了说下他是美国偶像拿到第四名之后被公司签下的
感叹下国外的选秀就是比我们成熟啊选出来的这么优秀的人才才有资格成为乐坛的中坚力量

Chris Daughtry starts his first post-American Idol disc with a song whose title reviewers coast to coast will be grateful for: “It’s Not Over.” What an understatement. For the Idol-watching rock fan’s money, nobody–not even Southern-fried heartthrob Bo Bice in season four–stormed the stage with more raw talent. That it translates so well to a solo disc (Daughtry was recorded with studio musicians; future discs will include a Daughtry-assembled band) proves all he needed was a little prodding, the kind the tube has gotten so good at. Here are a dozen songs that’ll flick your rock & roll switch, whether you’re a Creed fan, a club kid, or a mambo king: “Used To” and “Over You,” a couple of early tracks, ought to arrive bundled with a road map they’re so highway sing-along-ready, and “Feels Like Tonight” screws the lid on the premise that Daughtry can deliver a punchy pop-rock song without flinching. To their credit, you won’t find predictably shallow invocations of past country icons or any self-conscious, in-your-face down-home twang added strictly to remind the listener of the musical premise. In fact, Lost Highway isn’t “Bon Jovi goes country” so much as a meaningful tribute to the Nashville ethos done on their own terms. They honor the spirit of the town through 12 simple, direct originals. “Make a Memory” die klügste Single-Auskoppelung von “Lost Highway” ist, muß sich noch beweisen. Eins ist jedenfalls sicher- mit diesem Song ist BON JOVI wieder ein Ohrwurm gelungen, der sich zwar nicht so schnell wie ein “Have a nice Day” festsetzt, aber nach mehrmaligem Hören definitiv “sitzt”.
Angenehme Melodien , fesselnde Hooks (wie fast immer) und gutes Songwriting.

Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen (doch dies schon länger) ist für mich, als nun schon 18 Jahre langer Anhänger der Kapelle, das relativ einseitige Drumming von Tico Torres! Klar, der Mann ist auch schon Mitte 50, aber selbst ein Charlie Watts (STONES) trommelt phantasiereicher und benutzt auch mal seine Hi-Hat und Becken entgegen dem 4/4 Takt.
Dies sei aber hier nur am Rande erwähnt, denn “(you want to) Make a Memory” ist ein schöner, wenn auch melancholischer Song.
